Child Safety Standards

Our commitment to child safety, the steps we take to prevent CSAE/CSAM.

Preamble

INVENTIV TECHNOLOGY, owner and sole operator of ESCAPE, strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM) within its services. All users are expected to comply with these standards.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Content depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden.
• No sexualization of minors, whether real, fictitious, or artificially generated.
• Any instructions, links, or manuals promoting CSAE/CSAM are prohibited.
• No grooming, solicitation, or sexual interactions with minors are tolerated.
• Adults must not attempt to contact or engage minors in sexual content.
• Users found violating these policies will be permanently banned from ESCAPE.

2. Teen User Safety

ESCAPE prohibits minors from using the application and the application implements mechanisms to protect them:

• No sexual content involving minors is allowed.
• Romantic encounters with minors are prohibited.
• Content that endangers teen safety will be removed and offending accounts suspended.

3. Reporting Violations

Users can report any CSAE/CSAM or suspicious behavior directly through the app:

• Use the in-app report button to notify ESCAPE moderators.
• For urgent cases or threats, users should contact local law enforcement immediately.

For guidance and support regarding CSAE/CSAM or online safety, users may consult:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Local child protection services or law enforcement authorities
• Professional mental health support services
